Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration organized a conference to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment on 26th of July,2020 in Zhenjiang, reviewing the brilliant achievements made in the past 20 years of overall reform and development, summing up the valuable experience gained in the past 20 years, and looking forward to the "second leap" of Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration and the bright future of building a modernized and strong bureau. Director Zhu Ruming, Party Secretary, Deputy Directors Wang XiuFeng, Wang Shiming, Wei Xu and Shen Guiping, head of the discipline inspection team attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Director Xiufeng Wang.

 

At the meeting, Director Zhu Ruming delivered a keynote speech, "Concentrate on the past and forge ahead into the future, and strive to create a' second leap' and a new situation in the construction of a modern maritime bureau". This is a road of unity. Jiangsu maritime people keep their mission in mind, have a promising future and strive to achieve ever-changing development achievements. This is a road of innovation. Jiangsu maritime people face difficulties, keep pace with the times, and actively explore the development path in line with the actual situation of their jurisdiction. Director Zhu Ruming emphasized that the best way to pay tribute to history is to remember history. Standing at a new starting point, the overall cadres and workers should keep in mind the valuable experience gained in the past 20 years since the establishment of the bureau, and achieve the "four musts".
