On June 30, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding), a subsidiary of China Shipping Group Co., Ltd., signed the delivery of the 180,000-ton Capesize bulk carrier "Derui" built by Shandong Shipping Co., Ltd.

According to Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, so far, the shipyard has delivered a total of 15 ships in the first half of the year, with a total of 2.262 million deadweight tons, mainly including a 400,000-ton super-large ore ship, 3 180,000-ton Capesize bulk carriers, and 6 ships. A 210,000-ton Newcastle bulk carrier, a CJ50 offshore jack-up drilling platform, and 4 platform supply vessels.
